Oana holds a PhD in Economics from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. During her doctoral research on implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in mid-sized Finnish companies, she repeatedly noticed an underestimation of the soft side of change management. As a result, she got interested in supporting individuals and organisations to create cultures of creativity and adaptability. So, in 2016, she disrupted her academic career to become a knowledge solopreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
