47. About building identity with Lidia Rauramo, hosted by Tomi Kauppinen


For the past six years, Lidia Rauramo is an educator at Aalto Ventures Program, Aalto University, specializing in design thinking, leadership, self-leadership, sustainable entrepreneurship, and team building. She is a co-creator and main teacher of the “Good Life Engine” course – a recognized course on self-leadership and well-being for students and staff at Aalto University. Her recent courses are Self-Leadership, Startup Philosophy, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Thinking Tools.
In addition to her work as an educator, she am contributing to the development of exercises and tools for IDG’s framework, writing a non-fiction book about anxiety (currently the book is being translated into Finnish), and serving as a self-leadership coach. Her previous career steps include a Head of Education in AVP, the role of project manager for a large-scale cultural transformation initiative in the nuclear industry, and multiple projects as a service designer.
